House Bill 156 requires residents to have lived in Wyoming at least 30 days before an election in order to vote.

Senate File 33 would require that driver’s licenses and identification cards issued to people who are not United States citizens but have lawful status in the country have the words “Not a United States Citizen” printed on them.

House Bill 134 would prohibit the use of state resources for “sexually explicit” programs or events like drag shows on state-funded facilities on community college and university campuses.

Senate File 77 would prohibit government entities, including public schools, from adopting inclusive policies that acknowledge someone’s gender identity.

House Bill 43 would undermine the privacy and First Amendment rights of Wyomingites by requiring age verification for websites containing material some say is harmful to minors.

Senate File 78 prohibits anyone but a county clerk, the secretary of state, or people they designate from distributing absentee ballot request forms to Wyoming voters.

House Bill 116 would invalidate out-of-state driver’s licenses for undocumented immigrants.

House Bill 133 would prohibit cities, towns, and counites in Wyoming from declaring themselves as “sanctuary cities,” and would require cooperation between local law enforcement and federal immigration authorities.

House Bill 222 would allow medical practitioners, health care institutions, and health care payers to refuse to provide services based on moral or religious objections.
