House Bill 134 would prohibit the use of state resources for “sexually explicit” programs or events like drag shows on state-funded facilities on community college and university campuses.

Senate File 62 would prohibit transgender people from using communal facilities, like restrooms and changing facilities, at Wyoming’s public schools that match their gender identity.

House Bill 32 would codify into state law the definition of “male” and “female” as being the gender assigned to someone at birth.

House Bill 60 would expand Wyoming’s transgender athlete ban beyond its current limitation on middle and high school girls’ sports to include elementary and intercollegiate competition.
