Our Stance: The ACLU of Wyoming opposes House Bill 49.

Wyoming is a large, rural state full of hardworking, busy people. Not everyone lives within 40 minutes of a polling center, and taking away ballot drop boxes would decrease voting accessibility for shift workers, farmers, ranchers, people with health challenges, and those facing immediate harsh weather.
