Background: House Bill 50 would ban dropping off ballots for others unless the person is immediate family or an employee of a residential care facility, but even they are limited to only five ballots.

Our Stance: The ACLU of Wyoming opposes House Bill 50.

This bill would diminish voting access for the elderly, people with disabilities, rural families and those without transportation. This bill doesn't protect Wyoming voters, it only makes it harder for them to vote.
