Gary Drinkard, death row exoneree, will be in Cheyenne lobbying for House Bill 145, as it travels through the Senate. On Tuesday, Feburary 12, Gary will join us at Highlands Presbyterian Church, to share the story of his six years on death row and explain why the death penaty should be repealed.
