UPDATE: House Bill 103 received enough votes, and did pass.

Description:

House Bill 103 would change the requirements for information about abortions given to the state and creates a mandatory reporting requirement and disciplinary investigation for physicians suspected of not complying with the new law.

ACLU position:

The ACLU of Wyoming opposes this bill. House Bill 103 would create additional burdens for physicians performing abortions and is simply a further attack on Wyomingites right to an abortion.
