The ACLU Organization in Wyoming Staff
Executive Director: Linda Burt has served as the Director for ten years. She is a graduate of the University of Wyoming Law School. She was previously Executive Director of Legal Services of Southeastern Wyoming, Inc., held a private practice and worked for the Public Defenders office.Staff Attorney: Jennifer Horvath started in 2007 as the first staff attorney at the Wyoming Chapter of the ACLU. Previously, she worked for seven years at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, in both the trial and appellate divisions. She is a graduate of University of North Carolina School of Law.
Program and Office Coordinator: Ryan E. Frost is the newest member of the ACLU of Wyoming Chapter’s office. He holds degrees in history and political science from the University of Wyoming.
